Challenge 2: It's all about food

 Hi sweethearts, 

 today's post will be all about food as me & Yann had a little food hunt over at Cineleisure!

Firstly, i'm glad i don't stay near town! ):

Just Cine alone there's so many nice and awesome food, there's a total of 18(or more) food & beverage stores! *CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!*

And all the food there are so temping, looks super nice and all but some are really costly!
So you will have a hard time deciding what to eat! So....

But when i eat too much = getting fatter & fatter,

Cause i'm enjoying myself with all the awesomely great food!

Alright, let's start of with some main courses that we had over at Cine!

So the first shop that caught our eyes when we enter Cine was.....

Yup Billy Bombers! 

Cause it's located just opposite of the main entrance where everyone sees it when they enter cine!  

The ambience there was awesome, super vintage & US feel. 

Yup the background of the banner was the ultra big flag seen in the shop!

as we were too close to the flag, actually we were sitting right under this beautiful flag! So we didn't manage to take the awesome interior design of the place ):

Now, let's have a look at some parts of the menu! 

Let's start of with Appetizers, don't you think all of them looks so delicious ?! 

Boxed some of the appetizers that make me goes "OMG I WANT TO EAT!"

Let's continue flipping...

One of their specialties, RIBS! 

But i was shock when i saw the price.. ): 

It's super not cheap, but look at the pictures in the menu looks ultra delicious can!? 

 Some of you must be like.. "Warh, so expensive..."

So here's some of the great deals you can get from there! 

Yup, their Young Billy Set Meals! 

They have meals for couples which cost around $40 inclusive of GST & Service charges ? 

So Yann & her bf tried it, they took Combo B cause there's MUSSELS! 

All set meal comes with a free drink, & for couple meal it's inclusive of 2 sides! 

It's super worth the price, so take the set meals!!

Yup, that was our reaction when their food arrive!

For me, i took the other set meal for loners, cheh just kidding. haha

But these set meals are for 1pax, which i think was quite worth it for the amount of food they give!

I took the Carbonara Fish Pasta meal!

Which cost around $13 after adding GST & Service charges.

*Don't you think my pasta looks temping?*

 Seriously, for around $13 and you can get that amount of food plus super tasty pasta & fish! 

I think it's super worth it! See me looking so happy & satisfied with my meal!
But after eating it for some time you will feel kinda sick, as it's cream!!!
Maybe they should have other type like Tomato or something spicy, to let us choose! #justsaying

   And he ordered Ben & Jerry's with waffle !

Looks super dope, *feeling so hungry now*
But from what he say the waffle is kinda normal even though it's super crispy looking.
But love the ice cream, it's Ben & Jerry's - who don't like it!! 

Yummy looking right?! 

 Oh wait, not to forget their current promotions there!

Overall rating for Billy Bombers!:

I gave the food a 5/5 rating cause the food there was really awesome, the ambience there was not bad too.

And the prices are really affordable for most of it, we ordered a total of 3 set meals & 1 dessert and the bill was $100++ for 6pax! Worth it right, plus you get awesomely good food!

So in case you are wondering where it's located at...

Next up for dinner will be....the well known Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe!

 This place makes me feel like i'm in Hong Kong maybe partly is because they played Chinese songs throughout! 

Check out their menu, they have both Chinese & Western cuisine which mean that there's a wide variety for you to choose...

Here's the food that we ordered, together with the pricing!

Their drinks are so not worth it, especially their Milo Dinosaur, $3.30 for such a small cup?! 

Some more the prices are exclusive of GST & Service charges!!!

I ate Curry Pork Chop with rice, it was so so only. Kind of disappointing cause their curry was not spicy at all, like too much milk inside. Remember to ask for samba chili from them!! It's super awesome.

My friend ate the steam rice and he say was tasty !

So here's my rating for this shop.

 Cause the price there are really expensive, the milo dinosaur is $5 after adding GST & Service charge!

For the food we order the bill add up to a total of $50+ !! I think it's not very worth for the price we pay.

 YES, how can we forget about desserts!!!

We were attracted to the this cafe located at the 3rd floor, yup it's A.Venue Bistro! 

*That's the only food store on level 3!*

Know why? Cause the place there is just too, out relaxing! 

It's like you're not in a "open air" cafe but else where!

The bad thing about the cafe was that it's opposite of Editor's market shoes/bags display, so many people will be there trying out their shoes & that will also mean that...people will be staring at you while you are enjoying there! Here's their shop details !! 

A.venue Bistro serves a wide variety of western cuisine. They are also famous for their mouth-watering desserts. You should come and try their Tiramisu which is made of brandy and coffee ! Though the price is kinda steep, i believe that the juice is worth the squeeze and the price paid is worth it. 

Here are the desserts they serve! 

But we decide to try out Apple Crumble ($6.60) 

& it comes with ice cream!!

 The crumbs are really nice but Yann and us didn't know how to appreciate the juicy and sweet apple under the crumbs! But overall the dessert is worth the price!!

We also order their soup of the day which was Chicken borsch soup,

the taste was alright kind of sweet and there's macaronis in it! & the outlook of the food was great too!

It comes in a cute soup bowl!

 

& here's my rating for this shop! 

 Yes, this shop is a must to visit when you come over to cine, you can have a great view of the whole cine from here! Plus they provide plugs for you to charge your phone or laptop when you are here.
